405 MI16 AT Power DCOE Throttle Bodies

AT Power DCOE tapered throttle body kit suitable for the early 1.9L 16v XU9J4 and later 2.0L 16v XU10J4 engines found in the Peugeot 405 MI16. This kit includes: 

• AT Power throttle bodies (available in tapered 45-52mm or  tapered 48-55mm) with 130mm extensions (for shorter extensions see Peugeot 205 GTI-6)
• AT Power billet fuel rail with either #6-JIC (AN-6) fittings or 8mm Push-on fittings
• AT Power 60mm long air horns (alternative sizes available on request) 
• Inlet manifold with all required fixings (Port matching will be required for 48mm throttle bodies)  

The throttle body kit is made up of a cast inlet manifold, paired with anodised CNC billet machined housings and tapered turned extensions & ram pipes with a billet fuel rail. Standard injectors or Pico type can be used. These throttle bodies feature round, spindles and knife-edged butterflies for improved airflow. Engine management is the only additional part required. Horns unscrew by hand making it very easy to fit an air filter/airbox.
