405 MI16 1.9 1990 Onwards Emerald 55-Pin Plug & Play Loom Adapter

55-pin harness adapter suitable for the Emerald K6 ECU and 1990 onwards Peugeot 405 MI16 1.9 with Bosch Motrinic ECU’s. This inter-connecting harness allows simple fitment of an Emerald ECU leaving the car's original harness undamaged. 

Key pre-wired Functions include MAP sensor, Lambda control, Boost control (via purge valve wiring), plus all the necessary inputs and outputs.

This plug & play adapter can be retro fitted to all previous Emerald ECU types however if fitting to an MI16 using a previously purchased ECU a configuration update will be necessary to reassign outputs - Fitting without an update could damage your ECU.

Please note this harness adapter is not suitable for Pre 1990 405 MI16’s (with 35 pin ECU’s) however we do offer an in-house wiring service if u own the earlier vehicle.
