Maniflow Mild steel hand-made 4-2-1 manifold for Peugeot 205's with MI16 and S16 engines. Maniflow exhaust manifolds and systems are handmade in the UK to perfection. Special attention is paid to all joints, welds, bends, and Y sections to create ultimate gas flow. Manifold primary and secondary lengths have been researched & dyno tested to optimise power, on one hand for road use (mild cams) and race/rally use for stronger cam profiles. Road manifolds are designed for use with flexible engine mounts, featuring a spring-loaded flange. Race manifolds are solely for rigid-mounted engines with no flexibility.

Maniflow performance & race manifolds are considerably longer than the standard units and as such often require the removal of the front subframe and steering rack to fit. A simple weld or slip-joint will also be required to fit the undercard system. Customers should be aware that in many cases the catalyst will need to be removed or relocated.

Please note - modification of the bulkhead may be required for fitting.
