106 GTI Stage 4 Tuning Package

Stage 4 tuning package for the TU5J4 engine in the Peugeot 106 GTI & Citroen Saxo VTS. Developed for ultimate performance, whilst retaining the factory hydraulic lifters, this versatile package can be used for road, track day, rally, and race. Although the only specialist area of this build is in the camshaft timing, we recommend that it is carried out by a trained professional. Mapping on a dyno will be required for this package

• Cat Cams 1321737 or Newman PH4 rally camshafts
• AT Power direct-to-head, or Jenvey ST45 Throttle Body kit
• Fuel rail with mounting brackets
• Air horns
• Throttle Position Sensor
• Throttle linkage & bracket (Jenvey)
• Forged High Comp Wossner Piston and Rod set
• One-piece Cat Cam inlet valve kit or Supertech 1.00mm oversize
• One-piece Cat Cam exhaust valve kit or Supertech 1.00mm oversize
• Cat Cams single valve springs and retainers
• NGK 14mm performance spark plugs
• 250cc injector set
• Optional Maniflow mild steel Road, or Piper stainless manifold
• Optional Emerald K6+ ECU Kit with or without adapter
• Optional Vernier cam pulleys
• Optional Air Filter & Backplate

Using this package, we typically see results of 185-195 bhp.
