DS3 Billet Steel Flywheel (BE4)

Billet Steel flywheel from TTV racing with high tensile M8 clutch cover bolts suitable for all models of the Citroen DS3 which has the 5-speed BE4 gearbox. Please note if your Citroen DS3 has a 6-speed box, please see our other listing MC6BILFLY. 

CNC machined from billet moly-chrome steel and designed to retain a standard 235mm clutch cover, this flywheel weighs just 4kg which is considerably lighter than the standard unit at 7.6KG and lighter still than a lightened and balanced standard flywheel. Reducing the rotating mass allows the engine to rev more freely and hence improve throttle response.

In addition to this flywheel, the crankshaft to flywheel bolts requires replacement as the original Peugeot bolts are stretch bolts. We can offer either Genuine Peugeot replacements or an uprated set of ARP flywheel bolts.
